Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Ad Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic team, specifically supporting our clients’ ad campaigns on the Netflix ad-tier platform. In this entry-level role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with media planners, buyers, and ad operations teams to traffic creative assets, set up campaigns, monitor performance, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in media operations and ad technology, with a focus on the evolving landscape of streaming advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of creative assets from clients to ad servers for Netflix ad-tier campaigns.
- Set up, test, and launch ad campaigns in various ad servers and ad management platforms.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance, identifying and escalating any discrepancies or issues.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all campaign setups and creative assets to ensure compliance with Netflix and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (media planning, buying, analytics) and external partners regarding campaign status and asset requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting ad delivery issues, creative rejections, and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of campaign details, creative versions, and communication logs.
- Support the ad operations team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and changes within the Netflix ad-tier platform.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
