Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Aide to join our corporate support team in Pomona, CA. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain foundational experience within the dynamic world of investment banking and financial services. The Investment Banking Aide will provide critical administrative and operational support to our banking professionals, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the efficiency of our client-facing teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist investment banking teams with general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread financial documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Maintain and update client databases and internal records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist with departmental training initiatives.
  • Process expense reports and manage office supply inventory.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct basic research and data gathering as needed to support team projects.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Previous administrative or office support experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
