Job Description
We are seeking a highly discreet and observant individual to join our team as a Jewelry Store Mystery Auditor. In this critical contract role, you will be responsible for conducting covert evaluations of our retail operations, focusing on the quality of customer service, product presentation, staff adherence to company protocols, and overall store environment. Your keen eye for detail and objective reporting will be instrumental in upholding the esteemed reputation of Tiffany & Co. and ensuring an exceptional experience for all our clientele, particularly concerning high-value items. This role offers competitive pay for meticulous and reliable performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform unannounced, covert visits to designated Tiffany & Co. retail locations.
- Evaluate the sales associate's approach, product knowledge, and selling techniques for high-value jewelry.
- Assess the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards of the store, especially in high-security display areas.
- Observe and report on security protocols, including staff vigilance and handling of high-value merchandise.
- Interact with staff as a typical customer, assessing the quality and consistency of customer service.
- Provide detailed, objective, and timely written reports of your audit findings, observations, and recommendations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all audit activities and findings.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each mystery shopping assignment.
- Ensure accurate documentation of visit details, including date, time, and specific staff interactions.
