Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Terminal Liaison Chauffeur to join our dedicated guest services team in Ogden, Utah. The ideal candidate will provide first-class ground transportation and concierge services to our VIP clients, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and punctual journey from their private aircraft to their desired destination and vice-versa. This role requires impeccable driving skills, a strong commitment to discretion, and an unwavering dedication to delivering an unparalleled guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport VIP clients to and from private aircraft, FBO terminals, and various destinations.
- Maintain the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and provide courteous support.
- Proactively plan routes, considering traffic, weather, and client preferences to ensure punctuality.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and client confidentiality protocols.
- Serve as a knowledgeable local liaison, offering information and assistance as requested by guests.
- Communicate effectively with FBO staff, flight crews, and clients to coordinate schedules and preferences.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Represent Signature Aviation with professionalism and a polished demeanor at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in professional chauffeuring or luxury transportation services.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Deep knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and points of interest in Ogden and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Discreet and professional demeanor with a commitment to client privacy.
- Physical ability to assist with luggage and ingress/egress of vehicles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury sedans, SUVs, and executive vans.
- Prior experience in the aviation or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of multiple languages.
- Advanced defensive driving certification.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
