Job Description

Are you meticulously organized with a passion for digital preservation and information integrity? Netflix is seeking a dedicated Records Management Aide with a focus on Digital Archives to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the meticulous organization, maintenance, and accessibility of Netflix’s vital digital assets. You will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with records management policies, manage digital archiving workflows, and support the lifecycle of our valuable information. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the classification, indexing, and tagging of digital records for efficient retrieval.
  • Perform regular audits of digital archives to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Support the migration of legacy digital content into modern archival systems.
  • Adhere to established records retention schedules and disposition policies for digital assets.
  • Provide support for user inquiries related to archived digital records.
  • Collaborate with IT and content teams to troubleshoot digital archiving system issues.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of best practices for digital records management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive information.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (1+ year) in records management, data entry, or administrative roles, preferably with a digital focus.
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems or Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Proficiency in G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, Archival Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience with archival description standards (e.g., DACS, EAD).
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements related to digital records.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based storage solutions.
  • Experience in the entertainment or media industry.
