Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Google Liaison with a strong professional administrative focus to join our fully remote team. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency across various Google Workspace platforms for our internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Google’s suite of products, possess exceptional administrative skills, and thrive in a dynamic, fully remote environment. You will serve as a key point of contact, optimizing workflows, managing calendars, and providing critical support to enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Facilitate and provide support for Google Meet conferences, including setting up meetings, managing participants, and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
  • Organize, maintain, and share documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Google Workspace related queries, providing basic training and support to team members.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communications, utilizing Google Groups or similar platforms.
  • Monitor and manage shared inboxes or communication channels as needed.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to enhance team productivity within the Google ecosystem.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by senior management.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage Google Workspace features for improved team collaboration and efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or professional support role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting teams in a fully remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools integrated with Google Workspace.
  • Google Workspace Administrator certification or similar.
  • Experience working with international teams.
