Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, taking messages as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference room bookings, and appointments.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
- Handle inquiries from clients and visitors, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate contact.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Support other departments with various tasks as needed.
