Job Description
As a Bank Representative with a Professional Services focus, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking comprehensive banking solutions tailored to their professional and business needs. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding their financial goals, and providing expert advice on a range of banking products and services, including business accounts, credit solutions, and investment referrals. You will work closely with other bank specialists to ensure a seamless and integrated client experience, specifically catering to professionals like lawyers, doctors, accountants, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for professional services clients, providing personalized banking solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Identify client financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services (e.g., business checking, lines of credit, treasury services).
- Collaborate with internal partners (e.g., small business specialists, wealth advisors) to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Assist clients with account opening, transactions, and issue resolution, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Stay informed about banking regulations, product updates, and market trends relevant to professional services clients.
- Proactively engage in business development activities to expand the client base and deepen existing relationships.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a client-facing professional role.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly those relevant to businesses and professionals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience working with professional services firms (e.g., law firms, medical practices).
- Knowledge of local Boulder/Colorado business landscape.
- NMLS registration or willingness to obtain.
