Job Description
Join CVS Health as a Pharmacy Secret Shopper, focusing on the clinical environment and ensuring high accuracy in service delivery. This unique part-time role allows you to play a critical part in our commitment to patient care quality. You will anonymously evaluate various aspects of our pharmacy services, from patient interaction and clinical advice to prescription accuracy and overall store environment, within a clinical setting. We are seeking individuals with exceptional observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide objective, precise feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Anonymously visit assigned CVS Health pharmacy locations within a clinical environment.
- Observe and document specific elements of the pharmacy operation, including staff professionalism, adherence to clinical protocols, and customer service quality.
- Evaluate the accuracy and clarity of information provided by pharmacy staff regarding prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and health services.
- Assess the overall cleanliness, organization, and patient-friendliness of the pharmacy area.
- Complete detailed evaluation reports promptly and accurately, providing constructive and objective feedback.
- Adhere strictly to all guidelines and instructions provided for each shopping assignment.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all observations and assignments.
- Engage with pharmacy staff as a typical customer, ensuring interactions are natural and inconspicuous.
