Job Description

Toni&Guy Peterborough is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our thriving team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes, provide essential support to our senior stylists, and ensure every client receives a memorable experience. You will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the salon, from impeccable shampooing techniques to maintaining a pristine environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional and relaxing shampoo and conditioning treatments for clients.
- Prepare client stations with necessary tools, products, and refreshments.
- Assist senior stylists with various tasks, including mixing colours, holding foils, and retrieving supplies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, including sweeping, tidying, and sterilizing tools.
- Greet clients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Manage laundry duties for towels and capes.
- Support reception with client bookings and inquiries during busy periods.
- Learn and uphold Toni&Guy's high standards of customer service and salon etiquette.
