Job Description

Are you passionate about Apple products and eager to start your career in tech support? Currys is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Junior Apple Support Specialists. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional technical support and customer service for Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, Mac computers, and Apple Watch.

  • Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and feature explanations.
  • Educate customers on best practices for using their Apple devices and services.
  • Document all support interactions accurately and completely in our CRM system.
