Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Graphic Designer to join our remote team. You will support various marketing and product teams by developing compelling visual assets that resonate with our diverse subscriber base. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of a wide range of digital and print graphic assets for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
- Ensure all designs adhere to Netflix brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with senior designers and marketing specialists to conceptualize and execute design projects.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Research and stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Organize and manage design files, assets, and documentation effectively.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A foundational understanding of graphic design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
- A strong online portfolio showcasing creative projects, even if academic or personal
- Excellent visual communication and conceptual skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus
- Experience with UI/UX design principles
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
- Enthusiasm for film, television, and entertainment media
