Job Description
As a Junior Petroleum Records Clerk at ExxonMobil, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized records essential to our upstream and downstream operations. This is a 100% remote work-from-home position, requiring a high level of self-discipline, organizational skills, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for handling sensitive data, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update digital and physical records related to petroleum exploration, production, and distribution.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data entered into the company's record management systems.

- Assist with data audits and prepare reports as required by management or regulatory bodies.
- Respond to inquiries regarding records and provide support to various departments.
- Ensure compliance with all data privacy and confidentiality policies.
- Collaborate with team members virtually to streamline record-keeping processes.
