Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Review a diverse range of film and television content, providing detailed written assessments and feedback.
- Verify metadata accuracy and consistency across various content assets.
- Identify and report potential content issues, including technical glitches, continuity errors, or cultural sensitivities.
- Collaborate with content operations and quality control teams to ensure high standards.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance content knowledge and reviewing skills.
- Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at improving content discovery and viewer satisfaction.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines regarding all unreleased content and company information.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for film and television, with a broad knowledge of various genres.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in content.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide constructive and objective feedback.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. during the internship period.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Film Studies, Media Production, Communications, English).
- Prior experience with content review, analysis, or quality assurance (academic or professional).
- Familiarity with Netflix platform features and content categorization.
- Basic understanding of media codecs, resolutions, and video playback technologies.
