Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Tagging Specialist to join our Content Operations team, specifically aligned with the Netflix Professional Path. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for applying precise metadata tags to a wide array of media content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to strict guidelines. This position is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, a passion for media, and a desire to contribute to the global distribution of entertainment. You will play a crucial part in organizing and enriching our digital content library, making it discoverable and accessible to millions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately apply predefined metadata tags to various media assets, including video, audio, and images.
- Ensure strict adherence to specific content guidelines and taxonomies, including those aligned with the Netflix Professional Path standards.
- Perform quality control checks on tagged content to maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and report any inconsistencies, errors, or ambiguities in content or tagging guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with content managers and quality assurance teams to resolve issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tagging workflows and documentation.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Stay updated on evolving content trends and tagging best practices.
