Job Description

CorePower Yoga is looking for a vibrant and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Yoga Studio Front Desk associate. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming and positive experience for all our students, especially during our busy afternoon and evening classes. If you’re passionate about health, wellness, and building community, and have a high-energy personality, we encourage you to apply! This position requires excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive approach to supporting studio operations and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and check-in all students and visitors upon arrival.
  • Assist students with class sign-ups, membership inquiries, and retail purchases.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area and studio common areas.
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing accurate information.
  • Educate students on CorePower Yoga's membership options, class types, and promotions.
  • Process transactions accurately using our studio management software.
  • Handle student feedback and resolve issues with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Assist with light studio cleaning and organization tasks as needed.
  • Support the teaching staff with studio setup and breakdown for classes.
  • Ensure all necessary waivers and paperwork are completed by new students.

  • Familiarity with yoga or the fitness industry.
  • Experience with MindBody Online or similar studio management software.
