Job Description

UPS is seeking a Junior UPS Entertainment Lead – Entry Level to join our dynamic team in Wesley Chapel, Florida. You will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and promoting various internal company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs, contributing to a vibrant and positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal company events, holiday parties, recognition ceremonies, and team-building activities.
- Support the development of creative entertainment concepts and themes for events.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors (catering, venues, entertainment acts, A/V) to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, material preparation, setup, and teardown.
- Communicate event details, updates, and invitations to employees through various internal channels.
- Maintain event budgets, track expenses, and assist with post-event reporting and feedback collection.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment through engaging activities.
- Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and execution.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to lift and move event-related materials (up to 25 lbs) as needed.
