Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure all dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils are clean and sanitized.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately and regularly.
- Support the culinary team by retrieving ingredients, stocking stations, and organizing supplies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
