Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and prepare laboratory specimens for testing according to established protocols.
- Log and track samples accurately using laboratory information systems.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning, maintenance, and calibration checks.
- Monitor and manage laboratory supply inventory, including ordering and stocking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist lab technologists and scientists with various tasks as needed.
- Dispose of biohazardous waste properly.
- Document all activities and observations clearly and accurately.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and standard operating procedures precisely.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
