Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare luxury vehicles for client delivery, test drives, and showroom display, ensuring they meet immaculate presentation standards.
- Safely and efficiently move vehicles between dealership lots, service bays, and other designated areas.
- Perform routine cleanliness checks and detailing tasks on vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, and interior wipe-downs.
- Assist clients with vehicle ingress/egress, luggage handling, and general inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks such as tire pressure, fluid levels, and fuel levels, reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom floor, client waiting areas, and vehicle staging zones.
- Support the service and sales teams with various tasks to ensure smooth operations and enhance client experience.
- Adhere strictly to all dealership safety protocols and brand guidelines.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues related to vehicle appearance or client comfort.
Required Skills
- Valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or automotive support role.
- Familiarity with luxury automotive brands and their standards of service.
