Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with a strong focus on online recruitment to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to our global talent acquisition efforts from anywhere. You will play a crucial role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your responsibilities will involve managing job postings, scheduling interviews, coordinating communication, and maintaining our applicant tracking system, with a particular emphasis on optimizing our online presence and outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and post job openings on various online platforms, including company career pages, job boards, and social media channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications for basic qualifications, escalating qualified candidates to recruiters.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual and phone) between candidates and hiring managers, managing complex calendars effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the application and interview process, providing timely updates and support.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and necessary documentation.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and progress.
  • Assist in developing and implementing online recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Generate recruitment reports and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring processes.
  • Perform general administrative duties for the HR department as needed.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Basic understanding of online recruitment platforms and strategies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (internship or entry-level) in Human Resources or recruitment support
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo)
  • Experience with social media for professional networking and recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
