Job Description
Are you meticulous, customer-focused, and ready to hit the road? Shine On Mobile Detailing is seeking a dedicated Mobile Headlight Restorer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to customer locations in and around Wesley Chapel, FL, to perform professional headlight restoration services. Using specialized tools and techniques, you will remove oxidation, yellowing, and hazing, significantly improving visibility and the aesthetic appeal of vehicles. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and excellent customer service skills. We provide all necessary equipment, training, and a company vehicle for on-site services. Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer homes or workplaces to perform headlight restoration services.
- Assess headlight condition and determine the appropriate restoration method.
- Prepare surfaces, apply restoration compounds, and use specialized tools to remove oxidation and hazing.
- Apply protective coatings to ensure long-lasting clarity.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all restoration work.
- Educate customers on proper headlight care and maintenance.
- Manage service appointments and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Ensure the company vehicle and equipment are well-maintained and stocked.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn automotive detailing techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or similar hands-on service roles.
- Familiarity with various headlight restoration products and equipment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience using mobile scheduling and payment applications.
