Job Description
Are you a compassionate, organized, and proactive individual looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? A wonderful family in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Mother’s Helper to provide essential support during busy morning shifts. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute positively to a household. No prior professional experience is needed – we’re looking for a great attitude and a willingness to help! Your responsibilities will primarily involve assisting the mother with daily tasks, ensuring a smooth and cheerful start to the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with light household chores such as tidying common areas, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and meal prep for breakfast.
- Help with children’s morning routines, including getting dressed, preparing snacks, and organizing school bags.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play while the mother attends to other tasks.
- Provide an extra set of hands for errands, organizing children's belongings, or other tasks as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized environment for the family.
- Offer a positive and supportive presence in the home.
