Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mystery Shopping Lead to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing a network of mystery shoppers, ensuring the highest quality of data collection, and providing exceptional insights to our clients. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of shoppers, coordinating assignments, and reviewing reports for accuracy and completeness. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of mystery shoppers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Assign shopping projects, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Review and edit mystery shopper reports for accuracy, grammar, completeness, and adherence to project guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to shoppers to improve performance and data quality.
- Act as a primary point of contact for shoppers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers and client service teams to understand client needs and project specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of shopper performance, project assignments, and report status.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and client confidentiality agreements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in team leadership or supervision, preferably in a field-based or remote team setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in mystery shopping, quality assurance, or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with mystery shopping software or project management tools.
- Experience working in a market research environment.
