Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Netflix subscribers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive support across various channels including phone, email, and chat, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming, account access, billing, and device compatibility.
  • Educate members on Netflix features, plans, and new content offerings to enhance their user experience.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and actively participate in training and development initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements to maintain high-quality service standards.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms and entertainment services.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, French) are a plus.
