Job Description
We are seeking meticulous and insightful individuals to join our team as Netflix Recommendation Evaluators. In this 100% remote contract role, you will play a crucial part in refining Netflix’s renowned recommendation algorithm. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the relevance, accuracy, and quality of content recommendations for a diverse range of users, providing critical feedback that directly influences the user experience globally. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the relevance and accuracy of Netflix's content recommendations based on provided guidelines.
- Analyze user interactions and content metadata to identify patterns and potential areas for algorithm improvement.
- Provide detailed, constructive, and objective feedback on recommendation quality and user experience.
- Identify and report discrepancies, biases, or errors in the recommendation system.
- Participate in calibration sessions and training to maintain high standards of evaluation consistency.
