Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Resource Coordinator to join our team in Tacoma, WA. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, managing critical resources, and providing exceptional support to our staff. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supply inventory, coordinating orders and deliveries to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Oversee the scheduling and setup of meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared with necessary equipment and refreshments.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for facilities-related requests, liaising with building management and external vendors for maintenance and repairs.
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with logistical aspects of new employee onboarding, including workstation setup, equipment allocation, and welcome kits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support for internal company events, including planning, coordination, and on-site assistance.
  • Manage office equipment, ensuring proper functioning and coordinating service when needed.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of staff and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing positively as part of a team.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating needs.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in an office administrative, coordination, or resource management role.
  • Experience with vendor management and procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with financial services industry operations.
