Job Description

Accenture is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Admin Aide to provide comprehensive administrative support to teams dedicated to our non-profit initiatives. This is a crucial 100% remote role that enables our experts to focus on strategic goals, knowing that their administrative needs are expertly managed. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects and programs aimed at empowering non-profit organizations through our consulting and technology services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for supporting organizations that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize digital files, documents, and databases efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and events, including sending invitations and managing RSVPs.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other internal communications using various software.
  • Assist with data entry, research, and information gathering related to non-profit projects.
  • Handle email correspondence and calendar management for team members.
  • Provide technical support for virtual collaboration tools as needed.
  • Process expense reports and manage basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
