Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Survey Panel Manager to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the recruitment, engagement, retention, and overall health of our online research panels. This is a 100% remote position offering flexible hours, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively while contributing to groundbreaking market research. You will implement strategies to ensure panel diversity, activity, and data quality, playing a crucial part in the success of our global research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for recruiting new panel members to meet project requirements and maintain panel demographics.
  • Monitor panel health metrics, including response rates, engagement levels, and attrition, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Design and deploy communication plans (newsletters, incentives, surveys) to keep panel members engaged and motivated.
  • Oversee the quality of panelist data, implementing verification processes and data cleaning where necessary.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to panel members regarding survey access or platform issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers and research teams to understand specific panel needs for upcoming studies.
  • Manage incentive programs and ensure timely distribution of rewards to panelists.
  • Analyze panel performance data and generate regular reports on panel health, growth, and engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and new technologies in online panel management.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in project coordination or community management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency with online survey platforms and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in online panel management or market research operations.
