Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Online Transcription Hub as a Member. This is a 100% remote, part-time position perfect for those looking for flexible work arrangements. As an Online Transcription Hub Member, you will be responsible for accurately converting audio and video files into written text. This role requires excellent listening skills, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. No prior professional transcription experience is required, as we offer comprehensive support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio and video recordings into accurate written text, adhering to style guides and client specifications.
- Proofread and edit your own transcriptions for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality transcriptions.
- Manage your workload effectively to meet assigned deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client materials and sensitive information.
- Utilize transcription software and tools efficiently.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to discern speech in various audio qualities.
- Proficient typing speed and accuracy.
