Job Description

In this role, you will be the face of TD Bank, providing exceptional customer service while processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate bank products and services.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Adhere to all security and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist with branch opening and closing procedures as needed.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or cash handling experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Ability to work accurately with numbers and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible day shifts, including some Saturdays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous bank teller experience.
- Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish or other relevant local languages).
- Familiarity with banking software and systems.
- Associate’s degree or higher.
