Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Provide basic assistance and guidance to customers using self-service kiosks (e.g., photo printing, bill payment, prescription refills, etc.).
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with kiosk equipment (e.g., paper jams, refilling supplies) and contact support for major problems.
- Monitor kiosk usage and ensure smooth operation throughout your shift.
- Answer customer inquiries with a friendly, helpful, and patient attitude.
- Report any major technical problems or supply shortages to store management in a timely manner.
- Ensure all promotional materials at the kiosk are current, properly displayed, and attractive.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a patient and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with operating digital systems.
- Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to assist diverse customers.
- Punctuality and reliability for scheduled weekend shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
- Problem-solving skills for basic technical troubleshooting.
