Job Description

Join Children’s Mercy Kansas City as a Part-time Newborn Care Aide, specializing in weekend night shifts. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist nursing staff with routine newborn care tasks, including feeding, diaper changes, and bathing.
  • Monitor infants for any changes in condition and report observations promptly to the nursing team.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for newborns.
  • Comfort and soothe infants, assisting with swaddling and gentle handling.
  • Document care activities accurately and efficiently.
