Job Description
Join the dedicated team at UPS as a Package Return Runner, focusing on the dynamic CBD and inner-city areas of Inglewood. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient collection of returned packages from designated customer locations. Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily routes for package returns within the Inglewood CBD and inner-city districts.
- Accurately collect and verify returned packages, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.
- Interact professionally with customers to confirm return details and provide excellent service.
- Utilize route optimization tools and local knowledge to ensure efficient and timely collections.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team leaders regarding route progress and any issues.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transport.
Required Skills
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 pounds regularly.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Inglewood and greater Los Angeles area geography.
