Job Description
Accenture is seeking a highly motivated and experienced WFH Microsoft Partner Liaison to manage global accounts. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Aurora, Colorado, or the surrounding region. As a Microsoft Partner Liaison, you will be instrumental in developing and nurturing strategic relationships with our key Microsoft partners worldwide. Your expertise will drive joint business planning, identify new collaboration opportunities, and ensure the successful execution of initiatives that deliver significant value to both Accenture and our partners. You will act as a critical bridge between our internal teams and the Microsoft ecosystem, fostering growth and innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft’s offerings and a proven track record in partner management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key Microsoft partners globally.
- Drive joint business planning and execution with partners to achieve strategic objectives.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for collaboration and growth within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and support needs.
- Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless partner engagement.
- Stay abreast of Microsoft's product roadmap, initiatives, and competitive landscape.
- Facilitate training and enablement for partners on Accenture's offerings and joint solutions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in partner management or alliance management, preferably with Microsoft (minimum 5 years).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft's cloud technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Dynamics 365 Sales).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics CRM).
- Global account management experience.
- Familiarity with Accenture's service offerings and industry solutions.
