Key Responsibilities
- Collect food and grocery orders from partner restaurants and stores.
- Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers' specified locations using your bike.
- Ensure timely delivery while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Represent Deliveroo with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Communicate effectively with customers, restaurants, and the Deliveroo support team.
- Manage your delivery schedule and routes effectively through the Deliveroo app.
Required Skills
- Proficient in cycling and comfortable navigating city streets.
- Access to a reliable bicycle and smartphone.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
