Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented WFH G-Suite Technical Assistant to join our remote support team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential technical assistance to our employees, ensuring smooth operation of G-Suite applications and related systems. We provide all necessary equipment to set up your home office for success. This role is 100% remote within the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for G-Suite applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.) to internal employees.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to G-Suite accounts, access, and functionality.
  • Assist with user account management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and permissions adjustments within the G-Suite admin console.
  • Document support interactions, solutions, and knowledge base articles to improve efficiency and self-service options.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to system improvements.
  • Conduct basic remote diagnostics for hardware and software issues, guiding users through troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of IT support principles and ticketing systems.

  • Previous experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
