Job Description
Are you looking for an active outdoor role this summer? G’s Fresh is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Seasonal Pea & Bean Harvesters in the Glasgow area. No prior experience is required – we provide all necessary training! This is a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors, learn new skills, and contribute to the fresh food supply chain. The work is physically demanding but incredibly rewarding, offering a chance to be part of a vibrant team during the busy summer harvest season.
Key Responsibilities
- Hand-picking peas and beans from the fields, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Carefully placing harvested produce into designated containers.
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily harvesting targets.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations on the farm.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Following instructions from team leaders and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform repetitive tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions.
