Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Performance Marketing Director to lead our global performance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving significant growth through scalable, data-driven marketing initiatives across various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in SEM, SEO, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing, capable of managing large budgets and a diverse team. You will be responsible for defining our performance marketing roadmap, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and fostering a culture of continuous testing and improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Oversee global paid media campaigns across search, social, display, video, and other emerging channels.
- Manage a multi-million dollar annual marketing budget, optimizing spend for efficiency and impact.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of performance marketing managers and specialists.
- Utilize advanced analytics and A/B testing methodologies to drive campaign optimization and insights.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, brand, and data science teams to align strategies and share learnings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrable expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other major ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and various attribution models.
- Proven ability to manage significant marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of SEO principles and their interplay with paid media.
- Experience with international market expansion and localization strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in the e-commerce or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
