Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our pet food production team as a Production Worker. Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Monitor production lines for product quality and consistency.
- Package finished pet food products according to specifications.
- Load and unload materials and products from production lines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures rigorously.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly.
- Basic numerical and literacy skills for recording data.
- Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of basic food safety principles.
- Forklift certification (can be obtained on the job).
