Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Chain Associate to join our dynamic team in Brooklyn, NY. As a foundational member of our supply chain operations, you will contribute to ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products, playing a critical role in patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of pharmaceutical product shipments from suppliers to distribution centers and pharmacies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering to maintain optimal stock, preventing shortages or overstock.
- Process and reconcile invoices and shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., pharmacy operations, procurement) to resolve supply chain discrepancies and improve workflows.
- Utilize supply chain management software and tools for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the supply chain.
- Participate in training and development programs to advance knowledge in supply chain best practices and pharmacy operations.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
