Key Responsibilities
- Complete all required training modules and on-the-job learning activities diligently.
- Learn to accurately input prescription information into the pharmacy system.
- Assist in preparing and dispensing prescription medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and escalating complex issues to the pharmacist.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Learn and adhere to all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and processing returns.
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Support the pharmacy team in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
