Job Description
UKG is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pinterest Career Development Aide with an HR Tech focus to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Wesley Chapel, FL. In this pivotal support role, you will contribute to the growth and development of our employees by assisting in the creation, organization, and dissemination of career resources, with a specific emphasis on leveraging visual platforms like Pinterest for engaging content delivery. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and Learning & Development specialists, gaining valuable experience in HR technology systems and employee enablement. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the research, development, and curation of engaging career development content, with a focus on visual formats suitable for platforms like Pinterest.
- Support the administration and maintenance of HR technology platforms related to learning, talent management, and employee career paths.
- Organize and update career development resources, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and relevance for all employees.
- Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams to identify emerging career trends and technology solutions.
- Provide administrative support for career workshops, webinars, training programs, and special projects.
- Gather and analyze data on career development program effectiveness and employee engagement metrics.
- Help prepare reports and presentations on career development initiatives for various stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and employees regarding career development opportunities.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, Career Development, or Learning & Development.
- Familiarity with visual content creation and curation tools (e.g., Pinterest, Canva, or similar platforms).
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new HR technology systems and software quickly.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
