Job Description
We are seeking a highly meticulous and organized Pinterest Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining product information, descriptions, and other relevant data onto our Pinterest boards and related internal systems. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of data integrity. This position requires no phone calls, allowing you to focus purely on data management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input product details, descriptions, images, and other relevant data onto Pinterest boards.
- Ensure all data entered is consistent with brand guidelines and company standards.
- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Organize and categorize Pinterest pins for optimal visibility and user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand data entry requirements for new campaigns.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and product information.
- Assist with other data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using Pinterest for business or personal use.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
