Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Stagehands to join our production team for casual, on-call work at Aliante Casino Hotel Spa. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for live music and events, looking for flexible hours and immediate weekly payouts. You’ll be instrumental in setting up and tearing down stages, lighting, sound, and other technical equipment for concerts, shows, and various special events hosted at our venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the safe and efficient load-in and load-out of stage equipment, including staging, sound systems, lighting rigs, video screens, and backline gear.
  • Set up and strike various types of staging, risers, and platforms according to production plans.
  • Run and secure cables, ensuring a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Assist audio, lighting, and video technicians with equipment placement and adjustments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized backstage area during events.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and venue guidelines at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team, venue staff, and visiting crew members.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
  • Basic understanding of stage safety practices.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions diligently.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to on-call availability.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a stagehand or in a live event production role is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with various types of stage equipment (sound, lighting, video).
  • Experience with basic hand tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
