Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Pinterest Traffic Analyst with a strong Business Intelligence focus to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our Pinterest strategy, driving traffic, and enhancing conversion rates through deep data analysis. You will leverage various BI tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform marketing decisions. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States, collaborating with a distributed team dedicated to digital excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on Pinterest traffic performance, identifying key trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize Pinterest campaigns, increase organic and paid traffic, and improve conversion rates.
- Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to create comprehensive dashboards and reports for tracking KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights into user behavior, content effectiveness, and campaign ROI.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align Pinterest strategies with broader business objectives.
- Stay current with Pinterest algorithm updates, platform features, and industry best practices.
- Propose and execute A/B tests to optimize Pinterest ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all Pinterest analytics and BI reporting.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in social media analytics, with a strong focus on Pinterest.
- Proven proficiency in Pinterest advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Demonstrable experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, performance metrics, and attribution models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience working in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment.
- Familiarity with other social media analytics platforms and marketing channels.
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis.
- Certification in relevant analytics or BI platforms.
