Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Pinterest Traffic Analyst with a strong Business Intelligence (BI) focus to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a 100% Work-From-Home (WFH) position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the United States. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on Pinterest traffic performance to drive merchant success and platform growth. You will leverage advanced BI tools and methodologies to uncover insights, identify trends, and recommend strategies that enhance our Pinterest marketing effectiveness and ROI. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for Pinterest traffic performance, utilizing BI tools.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Pinterest ad campaigns, organic reach, and user engagement metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights and recommendations to marketing and product teams.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists to design, implement, and measure A/B tests and other experiments on Pinterest.
- Identify trends and patterns in Pinterest data to inform content strategy, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Forecast Pinterest traffic and conversion rates based on historical data and market trends.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
- Stay updated on Pinterest platform changes, advertising features, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on social media platforms (Pinterest highly preferred).
- Proven expertise in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, identify key insights, and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Excellent understanding of Pinterest's advertising platform, analytics, and best practices.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
