Job Description
As a Pinterest Workflow Optimizer with an Operations Management focus at Wayfair, you will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Pinterest marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep operational expertise, and a passion for optimizing digital workflows. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining processes that streamline content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis on Pinterest, ensuring our efforts are scalable, impactful, and aligned with our broader marketing objectives. You will work closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to identify bottlenecks, introduce innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement optimized workflows for Pinterest content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
- Develop and manage operational processes for Pinterest campaign setup, execution, and monitoring.
- Analyze existing Pinterest marketing operations to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
