Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Violin Teacher with a strong classical focus to join our esteemed faculty. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of classical violin pedagogy, exceptional performance skills, and a commitment to nurturing musical talent in students ranging from beginner to advanced levels. This role involves developing comprehensive lesson plans, preparing students for recitals and examinations, and actively contributing to the vibrant artistic community of the Conservatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide engaging and effective one-on-one violin instruction, primarily focused on classical repertoire and technique.
- Develop individualized lesson plans tailored to student needs, goals, and learning styles.
- Prepare students for recitals, auditions, competitions, and examinations.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and Conservatory events.
- Maintain a professional and inspiring learning environment.
- Contribute to curriculum development and program enhancement.

- Advanced proficiency in classical violin performance.
- Demonstrated expertise in classical violin pedagogy.
