Job Description

We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Principal Research Scientist specializing in High-Level Strategy to join our distinguished research team in Arlington, TX. This pivotal role is for an individual with an exceptional track record of driving strategic thought leadership, conducting cutting-edge research, and translating complex scientific insights into actionable business strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and define strategic research initiatives from concept to execution, identifying high-impact areas for future growth and innovation.

  • Proactively identify and assess disruptive technologies and market shifts, providing strategic foresight and recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills

  • PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 10+ years of post-doctoral or industry research experience with a strong focus on strategic planning and innovation.
  • Proven track record of leading complex research projects and driving significant scientific or technological advancements.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear strategic insights.
  • Extensive experience with advanced research methodologies, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence strategic direction and foster collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
